My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was very spacious with a nice seating area and immaculately clean, overlooking the courtyard on the 8th floor, which was perfect for my needs at the Aspen Institute. The location was superb, just a short distance from Georgetown, offering great dining and sightseeing options. Although the dining was outstanding and a good value, being within a five-minute walk, it was a bit expensive compared to free breakfasts at other hotels. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were average and looked like a Holiday Inn, but the noise from the courtyard was unbearable, and my room wasn't ready until 4:30. On the bright side, the service was super helpful, with great tips on transportation and directions; however, the value for the $350 room wasn't ideal. The location was convenient for exploring DC but had some issues with pool access. The dining options were disappointing and overpriced without much variety.
